The Pentagon. Headquarters of the world's leading terrorist organisation.

It is pretty amazing that in the era of global information on the internet many people continue to believe the lies parroted by the western mainstream media regarding terrorism and terrorists, when brief research will uncover that the very terrorists paraded on the television screens worked with western intelligence organisations and continue to work with them.

We have all at one time or another watched a detective drama or film. Some of us have even put ourselves in the mindset of the detective attempting to catch the criminal or criminals. So, if during routine questioning of a witness to a crime the detective or police discover that the witness had previous ties to the suspects connected to the crime and failed to disclose this it would be seen as suspicious behaviour and warrant further investigation.

Yet when it comes to the so called ‘War on Terror’, terrorism and terrorists, the basic rules of investigation are abandoned by the mainstream media.

The late Osama Bin Laden was recruited by the CIA in the late 1970s to fight the then Soviet Union which had invaded Afghanistan. Al Qaeda as we know it was a CIA creation, and was financed by the CIA. Radical Muslims were trained and financed by America and Pakistan.

The reasons behind America’s support of their now so called ‘enemies’ was simple. Afghanistan had a communist government in Babrak Kamal, and more importantly he was a key ally of the Soviet Union, which meant that America could not exploit the vast mineral and gas resources of that region.

According to author and economist, Professor Michel Chossudovsky, in his article, ‘Al Qaeda and the “War on Terrorism“‘ (Global Research: January 20, 2008), Zbigniew Brzezinski, who was the National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter, admitted that Carter was secretly funding the opponents of Kamal’s government. In other words the American government was illegally interfering with the sovereignty of Afghanistan to cause internal conflict, much like what they are doing in the Middle East today. Carter’s government knew this would provoke a Soviet response and got their result when the Soviet did indeed invade Afghanistan and was sucked into a war for nearly a decade.

In an interview with Le Nouvel Observateur, Paris, 15-21 January 1998 , Brzezinski said, “That secret operation was an excellent idea. It had the effect of drawing the Russians into the Afghan trap…The day that the Soviets officially crossed the border, I wrote to President Carter. We now have the opportunity of giving to the USSR its Vietnam War. Indeed, for almost 10 years, Moscow had to carry on a war unsupportable by the government, a conflict that brought about the demoralization and finally the breakup of the Soviet empire.” (Chossudovsky: 2008)

America had achieved its aim, the break up of the Soviet Union and their own puppet leader in Afghanistan.

With the success of this mission America and its allies continued to use Al Qaeda to uproot countries in the Russian Federation and other parts of the world. Chechyna, Bosnia, Kosovo, and even India and China were targeted by America and its allies for destabilisation through radical Islamic uprising in those territories. According to Chossudovsky, America and its allies planned to break up the secular states of these countries and immerse them in religious fundamentalist wars, thereby weakening these rival competitors.

Chossudosky said that America and its allies continued to work with so called terrorists right up to the 9/11 attacks. Did journalists ask the right questions? No.

In 1997 former MI5 whistle-blower, David Shayler exposed the fact that British Intelligence paid Al Qaeda £100,000 of taxpayers money to assassinate former Libyan leader Colonel Gadaffi, they failed and murdered innocent civilians instead. (Socialist Review: Iraq: Their Word is Not Enough: By David Shayler: March 2004)

So British Intelligence was working with the very terrorists they are suppose to be fighting today? What was the nature of this relationship? When did it end? Few journalists dared to ask these questions and draw the revealing conclusions.

The Project for a New American Century was a 1997 think-tank based in Washington, with the aims of promoting American global supremacy throughout the world. This think-tank had powerful influences in the George Bush Senior government.

On page two of its report it states, “The military’s job during the Cold War was to deter Soviet expansionism. Today its task is to secure and expand the “zones of democratic peace;” to deter the rise of a new great power competitor; defend key regions of Europe, East Asia and the Middle East; and to preserve American preeminence...” (A Report of The Project for the New American Century: September 2000)

Two key points can be detected from this statement, firstly that America is trying to prevent any rivals to their power, and secondly, they want complete global dominance. This has nothing to do with democracy, humanitarian concerns or world peace. It is a blatant imperialist plan of action.

Another key point in the document referring to creating the conditions for American global military dominance states, “Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor.” (p.51)

Chossoduvsky believes that this is a major point in unravelling the so called ‘War on terror’ and the 9/11 attacks. He believes that it is no coincidence that one year after this think-tank mentioned that change would be long unless some major event occured, the 9/11 attacks happened. (Global Research: The Central Role of Al Qaeda in Bush’s National Security Doctrine “Revealing the Lies” on 9/11 Perpetuates the “Big Lie”: July 12, 2007)

If this argument sounds far-fetched to some, Chossodovsky has more startling quotes from American planners which can only be described as a fantastic coincidence or prophetic in their implications. At a United Nations Business Council meeting in 1994, David Rockefeller said, “We are on the verge of global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.”

Nor would it be the first time that America would consider engineering its own crises to go to war. According to Chossudovsky (July 12, 2007), in 1962 the Joint Chiefs of Staff said “We could blow up a U.S. ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba.” “We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington” “Casualty lists in U.S. newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation.”

Denver Post Staff Columnist, Cindy Rodriguez, said “In 1978, Bush and Osama bin Laden’s brother, Salem bin Laden, founded Arbusto Energy, an oil company based in Texas.” (Bush ties to bin Laden haunt grim anniversary: 9 December, 2006)

Rodriguez added, “Several bin Laden family members invested millions in The Carlyle Group, a private global equity firm based in Washington, DC. The company’s senior advisor was Bush’s father, former President George H.W. Bush. After news of the bin Laden-Bush connection became public, the elder Bush stepped down from Carlyle.”

The damning evidence does not stop there. She said:

Interestingly, on Sept. 11, 2001, members of the Carlyle Group – including Bush senior, and his former secretary of state, James Baker – were meeting at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C., along with Shafiq bin Laden, another one of Osama bin Laden’s brothers.”

While all flights were halted following the terrorist attacks, there was one exception made: The White House authorized planes to pick up 140 Saudi nationals, including 24 members of the bin Laden family, living in various cities in the U.S. to bring them back to Saudi Arabia, where they would be safe. They were never interrogated.”

You do not need to be a qualified detective to draw the obvious conclusions, yet amazingly journalists in the mainstream media has failed to fully investigate this case and inform the public honestly.

It is absolutely amazing that with this free knowledge available for all to read and investigate and seek the truth of the matter out for themselves, that we still have flag-waving patriotic brainwashed masses believing everything the mainstream media and the government tells them.

Terrorism is not a Muslim creation. From when Western intelligence assassins plotted the murders of leaders in independent countries within Africa and the Middle East, and fomented unrest and instability in these countries, terrorism was a cornerstone of western foreign policy. (Read Dizzee Rascal would be bonkers to play Bond)

From when European governments used the effective divide and conquer rule to fracture Africa, India and Pakistan and many other countries, a foreign policy objective still in use today as the western-sponsored Arab uprising indicates, covert terrorism was in use.

Today, the West continues to use terrorism to rule and control the world, and more importantly as this article will have demonstrated they continue to work with the terrorists they claim to be fighting against.

  1. MI5 did Woolwich to cause a ‘white’ backlash against Muslims, immigrants and black guys. Do not ever believe the official narrative on the mainstream media. There is enough material on the Internet to find this out.
